Part time tory campaign director

The other day I posted that the Tories had appointed John Read as their new Campaign PR Director.  An interesting appointment in itself seeing that he had previously been in a similar position for the UK Lib Dems.

Word reaches me that Mr Read won't be working full time for the Tories and that he will continue to be based in London.  Quite how he is going to be a campaign PR director from London I don't know.
